If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our office by telephone at 831.475.1077 at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment.
Should you need to cancel less than 48 hours in advance, we will make every effort to fill your slot. If we are unable to do so, there will be a cancellation fee of $55.
If you missed an appointment, you will be charged a fee of $150.
If you missed an appointment that is part of a prepaid series of treatments, the scheduled treatments that you missed will be deducted from your series.
If using a gift certificate, the published treatment price will be deducted from your gift certificate for missed appointments.
YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME
If you are running late, we appreciate being notified of the delay. In order to respect our patients’ schedules, all treatment visits must end at the scheduled times.
CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are complimentary for most services.
Laser Tattoo Removal consultations will incur a $55 charge which will be credited towards your first treatment.
TREATMENT SERIES
To optimize results, all treatment series must be completed within 12 months (15 months for Laser Hair Removal series of 6) from the date of the first treatment. Treatments must be started no later than 3 months from the date of purchase.
If scheduled for a Laser Hair Removal treatment, please shave the areas 1 day prior to appointment to avoid any shaving fees.
Prices quoted at the time of the treatment supersede all other price quotations written or verbal. If paying per treatment, please note that prices may change at any time.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Our knowledgeable MBLA staff is always available to answer any questions you may have, please make informed purchases as no refunds or exchanges can be made.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are fully transferable. Please be advised that gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of payment method, and cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be presented at the time of service and cannot be traced or replaced if lost or stolen
