Your appointment time has been specifically reserved for you. We accept cancellation notice by phone (831-475-1077 only) 48 hours prior to appointment.
LESS THAN 48 HOURS
PRIOR
A cancellation fee of $55 will be charged if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment.
NO-SHOW
A no-show fee of $150 will be charged if you do not show up to your appointment time, and you do not cancel prior to that time. If the price of your scheduled treatment is less than $150, the undiscounted price for your treatment will be charged. This also applies to the use of gift certificates and discount laser treatment packages.
